View the audit history of individual records

You can view the audit history of records only when auditing is enabled for the organization and enabled for the record types and fields.

  1. Make sure that you have the System Administrator, System Customizer, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Marketing, or CEO-Business Manager security role or equivalent permissions.More information: Permissions required for customization tasks

    Check your security role

  2. Follow the steps for the app you're using.

    If using the CRM web application

    If using CRM for Outlook

  3. Use the Filter on drop-down box to choose the field that you want to see the audit history for.

  4. To open the change list for an item, double-click the item.
